To register, you'll need:

  1. The first 8 digits of your customer number, which you can find in the top left corner of your bill.
  2. Your surname or company name and postcode exactly as they appear on your bill for security purposes.
  3. A valid email address, which will be used for all future communications. Any previously stored email addresses will be removed.
